INFORMATION

Main Military Medical Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is honoured to invite you, as a member of the International Committee of Military Medicine, to take part in the International Conference «Military health care in regional military, climatic, epidemiological environment», which will take place on March 26-30, 2012 at the State Institute for Postgraduate Training of Medical Doctors of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The Conference is conducted under the chairmanship of the Russian Federation in the ICMM Pan-European Regional Working Group.

Main scientific topics :
- Combat trauma.
- Cold and burn injury.
- Medical protection from CBRN.
- Regional military epidemiology.
- Aviation and occupational medicine.

Preliminary Schedule :
March 26 :
10.00 - 15.00 : Registration of participants.
15.00 - 18.00 : Opening Ceremony, Plenary Session, exhibition opening.
18.00 - 19.30 : Welcome Reception.

March 27 :
10.00 - 14.00 : Plenary Session.
15.00 - 18.00 : Visit to Burdenko Main Military Clinical Hospital.

March 28 :
10.00 - 14.00 : Plenary Session.
15.30 - 20.00 : Moscow sightseeing tour.

March 29 :
10.00 - 14.00 : Plenary Session.
15.00 - 21.00 : Free time, Gala-dinner.

March 30 :
10.00 - 13.00 : Plenary Session, closing ceremony.

During the Conference an exhibition of modern medical equipment, drugs, and medical literature will be held.
The Conference fee of 1200euro includes admission to scientific sessions, exhibition, Conference bagand materials, English/Russian translation, lunches during theConference, Gala-dinner, sightseeing tour, transfer airport – hotel – airport, visa support, certificate of attendance.

NB : The Organizing Committee covers the accommodation at 4 star “Holiday Inn Moscow Sokolniki Hotel” for 4 days.

Please submit a list of attendants including rank, full name, date and place of birth, passport data, and place where Russian visa will be obtained in your country, before February 15, 2012.
